Illustrious Bits Week 14: Harley Quinn

This is for Illustrious Bits' Week 14, Harley Quinn... The first time i saw her was at The Batman animated series way back early 90's, she was so cool. Haven't posted anything for the past 2 weeks... and i did this as fast as i could... bummer... its like 5 minutes for the line art and another 30 minutes for the colors... so sorry.
